Strength, Conditioning,
and Recovery

The fascia connects everything in our bodies and without the proper training and care of it we cannot achieve optimal performance and vitality.   It is what covers our organs, muscles, and bones.  It is life.

 

In our strength, conditioning, and recovery sessions you will learn how to properly and specifically strengthen and stretch the fascia with techniques learned directly from world-renowned osteopath, Dr. Guy Voyer.  Each session ends with ELDOA, a French acronym that translates to Longitudinal Osteo-Articular Decompression Stretching.  They are postures held for one minute, each targeting and decompressing a specific joint region.  ELDOA is being utilized by athlete in the NFL, PGA, WPGA, NHL, and MLB.  Some of the many benefits of ELDOA are:

  • improved posture

  • decrease in pain

  • increase range of motion

  • decreased recovery time

  • increased joint function

  • injury prevention and recovery

  • increase power output

  • increase in strength

  • increase of circulation

  • prevention of joint replacement surgeries

Training sessions may also consist of circulation and proprioception exercises depending on the goals we are trying to reach together.  Each session is 1- 1.5 hours in length depending on the needs of the individual or team.  

Rates:

Individual- $200/hr; $250/90mins

Team (5 or more athletes)- $250/hr; $300/90mins
